Isaac Gamboa is a highly skilled chef who trained under Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina in Las Vegas, gaining invaluable experience at renowned establishments such as American Fish, Nob Hill, and Strip Steak. He was an integral part of the opening teams for these venues, refining his expertise in fine dining and hospitality. Isaac holds a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas and began his career at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino as a Junior Sous Chef, where he also specialized in French pastries. Later, he served as Executive Chef at the luxury boutique hotel Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, California, overseeing two acclaimed oceanfront dining spots: One Pico and Coast Beach Cafe and Bar.

Isaac's wife, Chancey, complements his culinary talents with exceptional management skills and warmth. Together, they form a dynamic husband and wife duo who bring together culinary excellence and heartfelt hospitality. Chancey expertly balances operating new restaurants from the ground up, raising their family, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Her kindness radiates throughout their ventures, making patrons feel genuinely at home and contributing to the inviting ambiance that defines their establishments.
